"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
~ 2 Tim 2:15
The name Awana is an acronym for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed,” taken from 2 Timothy 2:15. The goal of our Awana Club is to teach children God’s Word in a fun environment.
Awana meets on Sundays at 6:00-7:00 and is available for K4-6th grade. Our time is broken into three segments. During game time, clubbers enjoy active games and fun competitions. Lesson time focuses on learning the dynamic truths of God’s Word, while handbook time involves Scripture memorization.
Awana is divided into three groups:
Cubbies: K4-K5
Sparks: 1st-3rd Grade
T&T: 4th-6th Grade.
